Belt Scrapers

EWR recognises that conveyors are the lifeline of any plant or mine. It is essential that all conveyor systems run efficiently in moving products from one production unit to the next without failure or any unscheduled downtime. Belt scrapers are an essential component of any conveyor system. Belt scrapers remove residual material off the conveyor belt and prevent it from falling off at various points along the return side of the belt. Effective belt cleaning will result in fewer breakdowns, lower operating costs and increased production.

EWR manufacture a comprehensive range of world leading belt scrapers to suit any application and budget.

Absorbs impact – our impact bars are designed with a top layer of UHMWPE – for smooth gliding of the conveyor belt. The middle layer is of rubber – to cushion the impact load, while the lower layer is for fastening impact pads onto the support frame.
Improved sealing – when skirting rubber is installed on top of the Impact Bed due to even support across its length.
Corrosion protection – the entire frame is electro-galvanised to provide corrosion protection throughout the lifespan of the Impact Bed.

Loading Zone Impact Control

EWR Impact Beds are designed to provide protection to your conveyor belt from impact damage from large rocks which can put a stop to operations. Our modular style impact beds provide impact protection for the conveyor belt, as well as helping to control spillage in the conveyor-loading zones.

Modular design – consists of a heavy-duty frame with removable (slide-in or slide-out) sides and centre sections for easy installation and maintenance.
