The IC anode is today, the Standard of EWR Sarl, product of the development of years of research and continuous improvement of our processes, presents a system of protection of the bar and welding consists of a coating of the copper with a molten film of the alloy Pb–Ag, a combination of welds of Pb – Sb and Pb – Bi to avoid stresses and an injection coating without the presence of pores. The IC anode improves conductivity, eliminates buckling and eliminates the risk of detachment from the bar-plate junction.

EWR´s laminated anodes requires 50% less Ag than a traditional molten anode. Body of the anode with roughness according to what is requested by the client. Blasting of the anode surface with Zinc (patent), which prevents further contamination of the process. Solid copper bar, coated only with Pb.
